UQ’s International Development team was seeking a facilitator for their annual Strategy workshop. After implementing a range of changes during the year, this workshop strived to bring the team together, to make all team members voice their thoughts, and priorities activities for the next year.
Drawing on Keprah’s deep knowledge of Development, strategy and teamwork, a workshop that created space for all team members to voice their thoughts, unearth a wide range of thinking and ideas and narrow this down within the afternoon was necessary. The workshop utilised facilitation across idea generation, prioritisation, team leadership and good humour to achieve our goals.
Joel (Keprah) was a real game-changer as the facilitator of our International Development team planning day. He clearly understood the environment in which we work and was able to support us in identifying and mapping out some great strategies, without being at all prescriptive!
